Lendlease Global Commercial REIT is strengthening its financial position and sharpening its strategic focus through the divestment of its Jem office component for $462 million. The move will reduce leverage, improve capital efficiency and unlock gains for unitholders, while repositioning the portfolio towards a predominantly Singapore retail focus.
