Mr Justin Marco Gabbani | Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Mr Guy Cawthra is an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Manager. 

Mr Cawthra is responsible for the REIT’s overall strategy, investment performance and stakeholder engagement, and leads the execution of its strategic priorities and business plans. He oversees portfolio management, capital deployment, acquisitions, financing and sustainability initiatives, while directing the day-to-day management of the REIT with the support of the senior management team. He is focused on delivering long-term value creation for Unitholders through disciplined investment and asset management strategies.

With more than 25 years of experience, including over 20 years in global real estate investment management, Mr Cawthra brings extensive expertise across investment, capital markets and portfolio management.

Mr Cawthra holds a First Class Bachelor of Science for Accounting & Finance (Honours) from Warwick University, UK and is a CFA Charter holder.
