Penelope Jane Ransom | Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Ms Penelope Jane Ransom is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager, a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. She is also the Chief Investment Officer ("CIO") at Lendlease where she is responsible for capital allocation across the Lendlease business, and leading a centralised team focused on third party capital raising and product development. Ms Ransom was previously the Group Head of Investments and Managing Director Investments, Europe.

Ms Ransom has more than 30 years of institutional real estate, transactional and investment management experience, and has been with Lendlease for over 15 years at various intervals. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) in Australia.

Ms Ransom has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and undertook the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme in 2019.
