Penelope Jane Ransom | Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Ms Penelope Jane Ransom is the Chairperson of the Board and a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager. She is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

Ms Ransom is also the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) Investment Management of Lendlease, where she is responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for the Investment Management business and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Prior to her current role, Ms Ransom served as Chief Investments Officer (“CIO”) and Group Head of Investments, and as Managing Director, Investments, Europe.

Ms Ransom has more than 30 years of experience in institutional real estate, transactions and investment management, and has been with Lendlease at various intervals for over 15 years. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chief Executive Women (CEW) Australia.

Ms Ransom has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and undertook the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme in 2019.
